My daughter Rayna had a great experience at this office. Office manager Melissa was extremely helpful in handling the insurance paperwork and getting the treatment approved-which, as we all know, can be challenge these days. On the day of our appointment, lead assistant Anne was fantastic. She explained everything clearly throughout the visit and made sure we understood the aftercare instructions. Dr Sohn was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sohn is always helpful to me. The front desk staff is positive, cheerful and friendly. They always help when I need to reschedule or if I have a question. They had some turn over in staff a while back, but for over a year now, the same smiling faces greet me at check in. I enjoy going to the orthodontist and I'm glad my children can come here too.

Thrive is AMAZING! My son is 8 and has HIGH anxiety surrounding new places and experiences. He just got his pallet expander put in yesterday and it was a tearless easy process. He was all smiles as we left the office. The hygienist talked him through the whole process, he knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Sohn is so reassuring and so gentle. The best part about Thrive in addition to the level of care by their amazing staff is the technology of their devices. I am thrilled to not have to "turn the key" in my baby's mouth! Hands down, BEST Orthodontist and Dentist office around...so good that I am getting braces too!
